About this PreSchool

The AJFC HEAD START Program is currently registering 3-4 year old children at the Centreville, Gloster, Liberty, Jefferson, Thompson, and Woodville Centers. Registration is open to all children ages 3-4 regardless of race, color, sex, creed, national origin, or disabling condition. All applicants must meet the Federal guidelines.

If you would like to apply, make sure that you have:

• Proof of Birth


• Proof of Income


• Immunization Compliance from Health Department form #121


• Copy of physical and dental exam from medical provider


• Social Security Numbers and Medicaid Card

You may register between the hours of 8:30 a.m. -3:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
