This childcare center is HORRIBLE. If I could give 0 stars I would. I sent my two children here, that were both covered under headstart. The director, ended up charging me for one of my kids, even though it was not mentioned to us, and when we called years later to correct the issue, they now all of a sudden say my child wasn’t covered under headstart. The director is just awful. Unprofessional, rude and condescending. If you call here, record your call. I’m very glad I did so I can now take further action. We stopped attending this childcare because my 4 month old baby would come home with multiple bite marks on her body. Same with my 1 year old. We ended up finding out they allowed children from the 1-2 year old room, in with the babies and a child from the toddler room would bite and abuse the babies. The childcare center allowed the dangerous child to stay enrolled, and allowed our children to be abused daily. I believe this is the real reason they falsely charged us THOUSANDS of dollars. V just can’t handle to be wrong. Anytime something goes wrong they take no responsibility and blame the parents. Again, record your interactions with this facility. Best thing I’ve ever done. If you want your children to be safe while at childcare/preschool, Don’t take your kids here. They need to be shut down.
