About this PreSchool

Southwest Community Center ECEAP for children of families in treatment is a collaboration between Child Care Aware of Eastern Washington a program of Community-Minded Enterprises, Southwest Spokane Community Center and Community Colleges of Spokane.  You'll find it in All Saints Lutheran Church in Spokane's Browne's Addition.
The Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) is Washington's pre-kindergarten program preparing low-income three- and four-year-olds for success in school and in life. Since 1985, ECEAP has focused on the well-being of the whole child by providing in-depth nutrition, health, education and family support services. ECEAP reaches the children most in need of these foundations for learning. The design of ECEAP is aligned with the nationally-researched programs that have shown exceptional returns on investment.
The program offers no cost preschool to children of low-income families who are in recovery and other qualifying factors. To enroll or for additional information please contact us at (509) 385-4896 or ECEAP@Community-Minded.org.
