Early Head Start.

We are a 501 (C) (3) IRS qualified nonprofit charity. Licensed by Department of Children and Families (DCF) providing early childhood education, after-school programming and childcare services through partnerships with Community Coordinated Care for Children (4C) and the Early Learning Coalition.

Head Start Requirements Upon Registration:
