Head Start Requirements Upon Registration:

Child's Birth Certificate, Current Immunization Record (DH Form 680), Physical Examination (DH Form 3040), Proof of Income (Past 12 Months), Social Security Cards for all Household Members.EnrollmentTo Enroll Your Child, Contact A Head Start Center Location Near You.

Eligibility:

• Live in Orange County
• Have a child who will be 3 or 4 years old by September 1st
• Household income is at or below 100% of the 2019 Federal Poverty Guidelines
