About this PreSchool

Three year old children with a Tyler ISD diagnosed disability will be considered for enrollment.

The head start Pre-School program is a part of the Tyler independent school district you must bring all of the following items to begin the application process.

Requirements:

1. Proof of Income (2010 tax return, SSI/SSA, 2010 AFDC/TANF, child support)

2. Child's Birth Certificate (Hospital Certificates are not accepted.)

3. Child's Up-to-Date Shot Record

4. Social Security Cards for all family members

5. Current Proof of Address (electric, water or gas bills only)

6. Driver s License/Picture I.D. of Parent or Guardian

7. Proof of Medical Insurance
