About this PreSchool

Your child and family are unique.

To ensure that they provide the best service possible, they will schedule an appointment to determine which of their programs are best suited to your needs and those of your child.

To begin the enrollment process, please complete the form below and click submit.

When they contact you to schedule an appointment, you will be asked to bring the following documents with you:

• Child's Birth Certificate
• Birth Verification Child's
• Immunizations Record
• Income verification, e.g., Income Tax forms or pay stubs
• Medical Insurance Cards
