Families qualifying for Head Start and Early Head Start should contact Michelle Williams for anappointment at (209) 543-3102.To complete a Head Start or Early Head Start application, you must bring the followingdocuments: Child's Birth Certificate, Child's Immunization Records, Proof of Income ,  Last Year's Tax Return or Public Assistance Notice,  Paycheck Stubs for Current Year.
