    Good Day. My son Noah is currently 2 years 6 Months and it's possible that we may move to New Rochelle in July. We are currently pending approval for an apartment. Could you provide me with some more information on the requirements, qualifications, and income requirements for entry into a Head Start Program please. Thank you, Vanessa
